I have over a decade of experience as a meditation and mindfulness practitioner, so am familiar with their benefits on a personal level. Mindfulness-based practices take on many forms and research has shown that it has many benefits and can be helpful for promoting a sense of well-being. Whether you’re interested in mindfulness to experience a greater sense of peace, increase awareness and insight, heal trauma*, or are seeking a tool for liberation from oppression, I design my workshops to meet your unique needs.
